Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@kranium.in within the eligible time frame mentioned above.
- Provide your order number and details of the issue, including clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.
At Kranium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand our policy on returns.
- Eligibility for Returns
We will consider return requests for the following reasons:
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a product and wish to return it, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that in such cases, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. All Sale orders are final orders.
